Shipping policy

ALL ITEMS (EXCLUDING SPECIAL ORDERS THAT ARE NOT IN STOCK) WILL BE DISPATCHED WITHIN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS FOLLOWING RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER.

New Zealand (non-rural) – Delivery normally takes 1-2 business days after dispatch.

New Zealand (rural) – Delivery normally takes between 2-4 business days after dispatch.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are dependent on the size of the item purchased and your location within NZ (as we are based in the North Island, South Island shipping is slightly more expensive)

Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes so please provide a physical address during checkout.
